Dear Sir or Madam,

We are writing to you on behalf of the Vietnamese American Community of the United States of America (VAC-USA), an organization founded by 35 local Vietnamese American Communities in the U.S. in 1993. Our purposes are to enrich the lives of Vietnamese Americans, improve harmony and cooperation with other ethnic communities, and especially contribute to the betterment of our American society. While preserving our unique heritage and culture, we promote a sense of citizenship and responsibility of the Vietnamese living in the United States.

We are looking forward to establishing a lasting relationship and cooperation with your agency to exchange ideas on economic, educational, scientific, social developments, and political aspiration in support of the American government and your agency policies in the U.S. and worldwide.

As the year ends, we think about all we are grateful for. Our community relationship with your agency is surely one thing we will treasure. Thank you for your service and the opportunity to work with you in the future. We hope the faith and union between our community and your agency, which are our primary goals, endure over the time and allow us to keep achieving our overall objectives in supporting the integration of Vietnamese Americans into this great nation.

We wish you Happy Holidays and much success in the New Year.

Sincerely yours,

Michael Do
CEO, President
