From 2002 to December 2009, in the USA, 20 States, 3 Counties and 77 Cities have adopted Resolutions recognizing the Vietnamese Heritage & Freedom Flag. The Republican Central Committees also adopted 3 similar Resolutions. The Vietnamese Heritage & Freedom Flag is permanently displayed at Memorial sites at Westminster, California and Cabramatta, Australia.
